Because I have an older house, the job wound up requiring a lot more work that was originally expected. Also, one of the doors was cracked at the top of the frame and had to be returned, and another one was swinging in the wrong direction. Jeff had an excellent attitude about all of this and readily went to Home Depot to get extra needed materials and to replace the doors. He made the best of a bad situation, performed quality work (very pleased with the installation), and it helped make the whole experience a much better one all around.

Our porch was seriously messed up, and we thought it would have to be replaced. Jeff completely sanded the boards down to bare wood, restained, and sealed. It took more than one try, but he kept at it until it was right. Reliable, always on time, and called if he was going to be delayed. I cannot say enough about Carolina’s Renovation and Remodeling.

Jeff did great taking care of everything that needed fixed at my house and more. I needed a laminate floor installed and despite working with a lower quality product (my fault, I didn’t know it was bad), they did it and my floor looks amazing! They also stripped and fixed my old deck on my house and it looks almost new (it’s like 15+ years old and was never cared for). He fixed a bunch of other small things like a large hole in my ceiling, some of my drop ceiling needed new pieces and painted, my fireplace wasn’t working, needed new fence posts, and they never had a problem adding a new job onto the order when I asked them to do it. They were super friendly and were in and out of my house constantly and were like old friends! Would definitely hire again!

These two guys were like nights in shining armor not only did they write to work in fixed everything that I asked I had him stay on a little longer to do a honey do list in oh my gosh they were just like all the way through the house and just did everything I asked quickly and efficiently

His team and he were very kind to my mother and helping out with her townhouse when her water pipe exploded. He listened to what we were needing and didn’t make us feel “small” when we told him the kind of budget we had. We didn’t have the means to go about a little amount. After all said and done the whole job was done with care and respect, the job was done on budget! FANTASTIC and funny guys!

Jeff and his crew took up old carpeting on stairs and entire upstairs (3 bedroom and hall), and replaced with new carpet and new laminate. He made good suggestions on stain to match, and offered and completed a few small repairs without adding onto his quote. He also regrouted two bathrooms, and if that wasn’t enough, he found us another crew to paint the entire house! He stayed on his quote for all projects and supplied receipts for all supplies. He maintained communication (we are in Colorado, job was in SC) and even face timed with us as he picked out the laminate. I would highly recommend Jeff Vance and Carolina Renovation and Remodeling!
